Shipping & Delivery Time
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Delhivery with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping is free and included in the cost of the product and is usually 3-5 working days. However, if you prefer quicker delivery, you can pay extra and have your products shipped via Blue Dart or Fedex which gets delivered within 1-2 days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns & Refunds
We do not support returns on our products but if photographic evidence is submitted of spoiled or very damaged products we will consider a full or partial refund.
Cancellation
Orders once submitted can not be cancelled unless done so within a very short period as we produce the items on demand and once the production has started material will be waste if not consumed. If a product has been wrongly ordered please immediately submit a request or call/send us a WhatsApp message so we can try to change your order before it gets produced.
