The Sprout
The Sprout was founded in early 2021 and endeavors to deliver high quality and tasty food and drinks to the Indian market.
We are based in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, an international city nestled in a lush green forested area just north of Puducherry. Our thriving international community has existed for over 50 years and constitutes people from over 35 countries.
Auroville is known for its quality produce and The Sprout adheres to the same high quality standards to produce the best food experience!
Our team has a passion for baking and we hope that you will enjoy eating our products as much as we enjoy creating them!
In November 2023 we opened up our cafe in Auroville, serving delicious salads and other vegetarian/vegan delights, including a range of tasty deserts. If you are in Auroville, please pass by and visit.
